1. Independent Service Provider
Rapid Systems is an independent provider offering personalized productivity systems built using the Notion platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with Notion Labs, Inc. All systems are created using publicly available tools and tailored to each client’s needs.
2. Scope of Services
By submitting payment, you (the “Client”) are purchasing:
- One (1) fully custom Notion system designed around your personal or business workflow
- A recorded Loom walkthrough video
- 14 days of post-delivery support for minor edits or questions
- Delivery within 7–10 business days of your Clarity Call or submitted intake info, unless otherwise agreed
3. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
All systems, templates, and materials created by Rapid Systems remain the intellectual property of the Consultant unless otherwise stated in writing.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal personal or business use only.
You may not:
- Reproduce or resell the system
- Distribute or share internal Notion links
- Reverse-engineer or reuse for commercial purposes
- Claim authorship of any material without permission
Any violations may result in revoked access, legal action, and/or applicable damages.
4. No Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of this service, all payments are final and non-refundable once work has begun. Reasonable revisions will be handled during the support window provided.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely, accurate input and collaboration during the build process. Delays in communication may extend delivery timelines. Client must review and approve the system upon delivery.
6. Limitation of Liability
This service is provided solely for operational, organizational, and productivity support. We do not offer legal, financial, therapeutic, or medical advice. Results will vary based on client usage and commitment.
Rapid Systems shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect outcomes from use or misuse of the system.

By completing your payment, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these terms in full. These terms are binding and enforceable as of the payment date.
